Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may be unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Please do not send returned items directly to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software or digital products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Clearance, promotional, or sale items (unless defective).
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or received in error.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before returning the item:

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item is defective.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the standard return procedure.
